Full Gospel Assemblies - Philippines Birthed

With the culmination of the April 2009 Philippine Ministry Leaders Summit, Full Gospel Assemblies – Philippines has been birthed as an alliance of Full Gospel churches.

Over the past 30 years the Full Gospel Assemblies have been active in education, church building and short mission ministry throughout the Philippines. Since 2006, mission activities from the USA to the Philippines have increased to include annual youth convention leadership, ministers, pastors and family conferences, and church building.

Today the vision has expanded to bring together church fellowships and congregations throughout the country that Full Gospel Assemblies has had opportunity to join in ministry with. For the 2009 Ministry Leaders Summit, FGA Chairman, Pastor Simeon Strauser and representative Pastor Raymond Favichia were joined by church leadership, pastors, and students of the islands of Negros Occidental, Luzon, and Mindanao.

With an eye for cooperative ministry such as outreach networking, education development, pastoral mentoring and a host of national and international ministry opportunity, the new vision for the launch of Full Gospel Assemblies - Philippines was welcomed.

The following leadership have dedicated their efforts together. Pastors Ronnie Binas and Fred Cal of Lift Jesus Higher Ministries (Negros Occidental), Pastor Benjamin Alud of Share Christian Outreach (Mindanao), Pastors Simeon Strauser and Raymond Favichia (FGA-USA) as well as Bishop Paul Baguitay of Philippine Bethel Church (Luzon) and Pastor Edward Popovich (FGA-USA). All coming together to see a land touched by Jesus Christ!
